  • Other exterior equipment water softeners, etc.
    • Running, damage, leaks, theft of parts or vermin damage
  • Landscaping for damage from
    • People, vermin, insects or drought
  • Lawn to determine the level of care provided by lawn service company
    • or damage from people, vermin, insects or drought
  • Roof & gutters for damage or obstructions (from ground level)
  • Lanai
    • Check access door(s) & screens for damage or attempted access if locked
    • Pests and vermin such as
      • Insects, armadillos, snakes, etc
  • Animal related digging, nests and damage to the home, lanai or yard
• Upon entering your home we:
  • Record your thermostat settings and readings
  • Record the humidity level of your home using a portable hygrometer (humidity/temperature meter)
  • Check all windows & doors for leaks, insect, cracks or damage
  • Run water in kitchen sink(s) checking for leaks under the sink(s)
