Starting from $38/visit for condos and $48/ visit for townhomes and single family homes.

Recommended inspections set up for every 2 weeks or once monthly, depending on the individuals comfort level.

All pricing is individually based to cater to your home’s needs. 
Such as total home square footage, number of bathrooms, exterior inspection, accessory inspections (pool, hot tub, irrigation system, landscaping, etc.)
